Home Care Comprehensive Cover Service

Free Boiler Service**

Your daily life is depend on your central heating and hot water. Azad’s Comprehensive cover for £35 per month will be the best choice, which you can rely. Boiler should not be Beyond Economical Repair (BER). After one year of cover, if your boiler is BER and less than 5 years old, we will repair it with free labour cost,  you only need to pay the equipment’s cost.

Areas we cover:
We cover 25 miles radius of Milton Keynes. Here are some key areas we cover;
  • Milton Keynes
  • Bletchley
  • Buckingham
  • Northampton
  • Dunstable
  • Bedford
  • Leighton Buzzard

What is included in your cover?
  • Central Heating: Repairs to your home’s gas central heating system, including boiler, controls, radiators, tanks, immersion heaters and hot water cylinder
      • A noisy boiler
      • Repairs or a replacement of your gas supply pipe
  • Plumbing: Repairs to your home’s plumbing system and the parts of your water supply pipe that you’re responsible for
  • Drain: Repairs to and unblocking of your home’s drains and waste pipes to restore flow within your property boundary
  • Eclectics: Repairs to your home’s mains electrical wiring system
  • Free CP12 Certificate for Landlords
Note. Any repair area which is not accessible to our engineer will advise you to contact your building  insurance company who will deal with access issue first. Once access is available our engineer will fix the issue.

Things we don’t cover are:
  • Electrical appliances, cooker hoods or extractor fans
  • Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware and sealant.
  • Shared drains
  • Any pest
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults.
  • Guttering
  • Soakaways
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you it might be a problem for your system or boiler.
  • Electrical appliances, cooker hoods or extractor fans over 15cm diameter

*You can make maximum 2 free calls per month and 15 days is cooling off period after you starts your cover with us. Any additional call will be charged with £50 access within the same month.
**First year we give free boiler service, after first year it will be £150

Home Care Budget Cover Service

Your daily life is depend on your central heating and hot water. Azad’s Budget Cover for £20 per month will be the best choice, which you can rely. Boiler should not be Beyond Economical Repair (BER). After one year of cover, if your boiler is BER and less than 5 years old, we will repair it with free labour cost,  you only need to pay the equipment’s cost.

Areas we cover: We cover 25 miles radius of Milton Keynes. Here are some key areas we cover;

After one year of cover, if your boiler is BER and less than 5 years old, we will repair it with free labour cost,  you only need to pay the equipment’s cost.
